Finding my own fierce heart
Life is funny. The journey is twisting, turning and full of surprises. The process of finding my own fierce heart has taken me across the world; through the jungles of domestic abuse and job loss; up mountains of change so high that I never thought I’d reach the top…until I did, and when I did, I found there found there was always another mountain to climb. Yoga and meditation have been through-lines in all my adventures and help me continually remember that my own strength and fierceness are rooted deep inside my joyful, compassionate soul. My mission is to be of service by sharing my knowledge and experience of yoga, meditation and self-development with you so that you may discover your fierce heart, too.
