On the spring equinox, the earth tilts toward the light, and so can we. Rebirth is a somatic yoga experience rooted in familiar, traditional postures, yet spacious enough to invite intuitive movement and deep inner listening within each shape. Together, we’ll move through an embodied journey of a seed beneath the soil slowly sprouting, reaching, and rising, supported by gentle Kundalini elements to awaken and circulate energy as we grow.

Somatic yoga is a body-based practice that emphasizes internal awareness over external form. Rather than striving for the “perfect pose,” we explore movement from the inside out, noticing sensation, breath, and subtle shifts in the nervous system. This approach promotes healing through release of habitual tension patterns, restoring balance and cultivating a deeper relationship with the body’s natural intelligence.

Throughout the workshop, movement will be woven with moments of journaling and reflective exercises, creating space to listen inward and notice what has been quietly incubating beneath the surface during the winter months. We’ll gently shake off stagnant energy, release what no longer serves us, and soften what feels complete.

As the astrological new year begins, you’ll be invited to clarify intentions for what you are ready to nurture into life. Like a seed breaking through the soil, this practice honors both the tenderness and the courage of new beginnings. Come as you are and leave feeling steadier, lighter, and quietly renewed.

The workshop will be recorded, so no stress if you can’t make it live. You’ll receive the recording to do the workshop at your convenience.

  • Somatic yoga is a gentle, body-aware approach to yoga that emphasizes internal sensation rather than striving for a perfect pose. Instead of focusing on how a posture looks from the outside, somatic practices invite you to move slowly, notice subtle sensations, and allow the body’s natural intelligence to guide the experience. This approach can help release habitual tension patterns, support nervous system regulation, and deepen your connection with your body.n text goes here

  • Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported during movement and rest. You may also wish to bring a journal and pen for the reflective exercises. Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is recommended. Water and any personal items that help you settle into a relaxed, focused practice are also welcome.

  • Participants often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to their bodies. Through slow somatic movement, reflection, and intention-setting, you’ll create space to release what no longer serves and clarify what you’re ready to nurture in the season ahead. Many leave with a renewed sense of energy, insight, and possibility.

Jenny Haddle
500-hr Certified Yoga Teacher

I’ve spent much of my life exploring the question of what helps people grow. Nearly 25 years ago, that journey began in the Peace Corps in Morocco and has since taken me to live and work across Belize, Zambia, Malawi, and Indonesia. These experiences deeply shaped my worldview and my belief that growth happens when we stay curious about ourselves and others.

Along the way, I developed a deep passion for wellness, mindfulness, and personal transformation. Long before becoming a yoga teacher, I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and other practices that support healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

Today, I bring these experiences together to create supportive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and draw wisdom from their own life journeys.
